  Overall a great experience. My family and I have been rebuilding after Hurricane Harvey. Every flooring business in East Texas were booked out 3 weeks to a month and longer. Gilbert's took the time to service me with in one week and get my carpet laid. The carpet turned out beautiful and installation was quick and painless! Gilbert's also showed up when they said they would to measure and installed on the day they stated. It is rare to find a company that respects scheduling an sticks by it. Thank you Gilbert's.
